Bring one consequential question: a reputation issue, a launch, a leadership narrative, an audience you need to understand or a room you need to lead. We will define the decision, test the assumptions and identify the next move.
- BeforeSend a short brief and up to two relevant links or documents. We exchange up to two messages to clarify the question and agree the focus before meeting.
- TogetherA 60-minute private video session. We challenge the framing, examine options and settle on priorities you can act on.
- AfterWithin two business days, I send a concise written recap with the recommended direction, key decisions and next steps. Two clarification or feedback exchanges are included within seven days.
This is a focused advisory session, not a full campaign plan, research project or ongoing retainer. If the issue needs more, we can scope that separately.
