Trust is the new reach.
AI can make any message sound convincing. Across East Africa, shifting trade, technology and public expectations are changing what institutions must prove. I work at the intersection of communication, business and trust: asking the harder question, finding the clearer position and hosting conversations that move people forward.

The Briefing
Ideas on AI, trust, regional change and the promises institutions need to keep.
One hour, one hard question.
A launch, a reputational risk, a message that isn't landing, or a stage you're about to step onto. Preparation, a focused conversation, a written recap and follow-up exchanges are included.
I lead digital communications at Rwanda Revenue Authority and have worked across public institutions, consumer brands and live conversations. I am interested in what comes next: how organisations earn confidence across markets, languages and moments of change.
PMP certified, with an MBA in International Business underway (Nexford, 2027) and a BA in Communications (SNHU). I work in English, French and Kinyarwanda.
